Beat FM and Ammoti Ommubalanguzi Part Ways Over Work Challenges

 Ugandan comedy king Amooti Omubalanguzi exited Beat FM radio due to work discipline issues, including frequent absences without notice and sleeping during broadcasts, which impacted his professionalism and reliability.

In addition to his radio duties, Amooti was also involved in late-night shows with his comedy group, New Amaruula, which reportedly left him with insufficient rest and focus for radio presenting.Ammoti had joined Beat FM from Radio Simba a few years ago. 

Following his departure from Beat FM, it remains unclear whether he will join another radio station or retire from radio to concentrate solely on his comedy career with New Ammaluula.
