Ugandan Musicians Face Revenue Challenges Due to Live Concert Streams

Jaja Ragga Dee Addresses Revenue Losses from Live Concert Streams in Uganda Jaja Ragga Dee commonly known as Daniel kazibwe, a prominent figure in the Ugandan music industry and the patron of the Uganda Musicians Federation (UMF), has raised concerns over the financial losses Ugandan artists face due to live concert broadcasts by various media houses. In recent statements, he highlighted how these live streams on different social media platforms deter many potential concertgoers from attending events, opting instead to watch the performances for free from the comfort of their homes. Jaja Ragga Dee pointed out that a concert which could potentially attract around 8,000 attendees often ends up drawing only about 3,000 people. The primary reason for this significant drop is the free live broadcasts. While media houses offer free advertisements in return for streaming rights, they do not provide hard cash, leading to substantial revenue losses for the artists. He urged his fellow mus...

Why Many Ugandans Are Unfavorable to Work in the Middle East

Why Many Companies in the Middle East Don't Hire Ugandans?

It is everyone young man and woman's dream of working abroad especially in the middle east. In countries like The UAE,QATAR,KSA,KUWAIT. The reasons why many youths opt for working in these countries is to go make their life better since the rate of unemployment is high in our country uganda.

What Happens to The Urgency turn Into A Dislike

So if you went ahead and asked yourself what prompts someone who yearned so much to go and work, they do whatever they can to go abroad by selling off their property off like land and acquiring secured and unsecured loans from financial institutions and friends and family then all of a sudden in a few months they start behaving awkard and weird, they start complaining, they forget what took them abroad that it was work and they have to do whatever to fullfil their contracts they have with the company.

Ugandans Who Work In The Middle East Are Smart

Ugandans are smart people and when it comes to understanding, they could be better than Asians who are Indians, Filipinos, pakistani and other nationalities and so is the energy and attitude towards work. Ugandans are hardworking people but get tired so quick and bored especially if they do the same job for a long time. Many companies don't have a culture or a method of doing work, so many Ugandans use alot of energy and get exhausted yet the supervisor will still come looking for them to allocate them more work which pissses off someone and not being appreciated since many Ugandans yearn for being appreciated.

Target Working In The Middle East

So getting back to our discussion of what happens to Ugandans who really long to go work in the Middle East but in a few months become unruly and get big headed that the companies start regretting why they even hired Ugandans
who are uncorporative people. Well to my Analysis ugandans are target workers who yearn for a job but after getting it are either satisfied with the money they have in their bank account or start looking at friends doing other jobs and are being paid more. so these ugandans start thinking of quitting the job to go get abetter paying one and don't look at experience one gets while doing the job amd learning new things, this is the cause why many HRs in the middle east find it Unfavorable to hire ugandans since they want to hire people who are ready to groww with the company.
