Jose chameleone disappoints priest

Dr.jose chameleone is at it yet again, the Leon island boss failed to fulfill a performance contract he had with a Catholic priest but failing to turn up for a performance in masaka in one of the joints owned by a catholic priest who had paid him off money.

Jose is known for collected money from promoters who organise shows and fails to fulfill them as sometimes he is sleeping and his aides say you cannot awake him when he is resting, he is one who brags being above the law that on many occasions people have tried opening cases against him but nothing is done as he is untouchable and well connected as he has many persons in big offices that know he so they just make a call and he is released from custody.
Jose chameleone didn't turn up for the occassion and also didn't give any excuse, this isn't the first time chameleone is doing this to people who hire him.
Jose one time was hired by Pepsi uganda to perform on their end of the year party and he didn't turn up.
So we ask a question, as chameleone seeks becoming an international artists, do international artists behave this way without a functional  management responsible for bookings and making sure their artist is present at locations he has been booked for performance.
